Position Description:

Our Project Coordinators have a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. This team supports scheduling needs for field service personnel performing remediation efforts in healthcare facilities.

This role is a remote work-from-home position and offers a great opportunity to expand your project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track daily activities to ensure project completion on time, successfully, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and utilize project plans for assigned projects, including milestones and task responsibilities.
• Manage project scope effectively, considering customer priorities.
• Proactively identify risks to project success and develop action plans for resolution.
• Manage and escalate project issues or risks appropriately.
• Manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
• Use governance tools (scope documents, status reports, risk logs, change logs, tollgates, etc.) to effectively manage projects.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in project management, customer service, or dispatch required.
• Experience supporting healthcare IT software/hardware solutions preferred.
• Understanding of corporate and service department procedures, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, escalating issues to leadership as needed.
• Ability to work within defined processes and methodologies with minimal supervision.

• Technical experience is a plus; proficiency with MS Office is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

The potential base pay range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 per hour, with actual offers depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may be offered.
