• Oversee ultra-luxury residential construction projects in West Palm Beach, including oceanfront estates, private theaters, infinity pools, and custom architectural details.
• Lead coordination with artisans, architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Manage project scope, develop and monitor schedules, control costs, issue RFIs, and process change orders as needed.
