Qualifications

Strong Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience with a reputable General Contractor.
Ground-up high-rise or large-scale residential construction experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, buyout, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead the project management team on a major ground-up luxury high rise.
Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.
Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, pay applications, and financial performance.
Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and field team to maintain schedule and execution.
Manage relationships with ownership, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
Identify potential schedule, cost, and constructability issues before they impact the project.
Lead project meetings and ensure accountability across the entire project team.
Mentor APMs, Project Engineers, and junior project management staff.
Maintain the high level of quality expected on a luxury residential development.
