Job summary

Eureka Infotech Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from procurement and preconstruction through construction and final closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage subcontractors, vendors, clients, architects, and internal project teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency with Procore and/or other construction PM software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from procurement through final closeout.
• Coordinate with project coordinators, superintendents, upper management, clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and direction to subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop scopes of work and assist with negotiating pricing, contracts, and project terms.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Monitor critical activities, long-lead items, schedule delays, and overall project progress.
• Manage client and architect correspondence and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Review and manage RFIs, proposal requests, change proposals, and change orders.
• Review and approve submittals and shop drawings.
• Review purchase orders, subcontracts, and payment applications.
• Maintain project cost schedules and Schedules of Values (SOV).
• Monitor project financial performance and identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.
• Lead project completion, punch lists, and final closeout activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience working with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Procore and/or other construction project management software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, purchase orders, and payment applications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with commercial projects involving retail, self-storage, supermarkets/grocery, hospitality, fitness facilities, or similar environments is a plus.
