Job Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate initiative workstreams, workgroups, and governance forums; prepare agendas, materials, and decision prompts
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, milestones, and timelines
• Build initiative-specific subject matter expertise and translate requirements into actionable tasks
• Identify risks and issues early; drive mitigation plans and rapid problem-solving
• Support change management efforts, including communications planning and stakeholder mapping

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading large, multi-workstream initiatives with external partners
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional coordination and facilitate productive meetings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise status reporting
• Experience using project controls and tools such as workplans and RAID logs
• Ability to learn complex program content quickly and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Medicaid, CMS-facing initiatives, or health and human services programs
• Familiarity with Section 1115 demonstrations/waivers or federal-state program implementation
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Knowledge of government operations and compliance/regulatory implementation
