Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing projects in health and human services, Medicaid or government services.
• Demonstrated success with multi-track initiatives.
• Proficiency with project tools and RAID tracking.
• Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project or equivalent, RAID tracking, and executive reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication with agency partners, health plans, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical problem solving with dependency mapping and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, and Scrum delivery methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Health Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP or PMI ACP preferred; Lean Six Sigma or ITIL is a plus.

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking for a Project Manager to plan and deliver cross‑functional projects for the Missouri Beneficiary Support and Premium Collections Project.

This position is 100% on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation through closeout including business case, charter, scope, schedule, budget, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain integrated plans across FSD, MHD, Mail Room, IT, Quality, and Workforce Management.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive timely decisions, risk mitigations, and issue resolution with clear owners and due dates.
• Run cadence meetings and governance including stand‑ups, working sessions, change control, and steering reviews.

Qualifications for the position include

• Must possess one to three years managing projects or large workstreams in health and human services, Medicaid, managed care, or government services.
• Demonstrated success supporting or delivering multi‑track initiatives with operations and IT components.
• Strong planning, facilitation, and issue resolution skills.
• Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project or equivalent, RAID tracking, and executive reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication with agency partners, health plans, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical problem solving with skill in dependency mapping and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with delivery methods including Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Health Administration, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent training/experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
