Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects in the Individual and Family Market or the Medicaid Market. This role involves managing end-to-end delivery while focusing on cost, schedule, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has significant project management experience, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. A hybrid work model allows for flexibility with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
This position is responsible for leading large complex projects or a program with a number of sub-projects in the Individual and Family Market (IFM) or the Medicaid Market. Being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a project or program, including managing the cost, budget, forecast, schedule and dependencies; ensuring the project scope is aligned with the stated business objectives. Providing a blend of technical and business acumen to drive the design, development and implementation of strategic business and IT projects. Building a sufficient level of knowledge of the business area and IT to enable targeted delivery feasibility, conflicts and dependencies with other projects. Setting and managing customer expectations; managing and escalating issues and changes. Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders to obtain project objectives while working in a matrix project environment. Driving deliverables and activities with the core project team, leads and stakeholders by removing barriers, and escalating risk/issues. Monitoring the project to ensure the value is being delivered or enhanced and determining efficiencies for cost savings. Having a thorough understanding of the systems development life cycle and project management and enterprise processes.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
