About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Operations within a SaaS environment. Reporting into the Vice President of Finance Operations, this role will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scale internal systems and processes, and support the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate brings a blend of project management expertise, operational savvy, and experience navigating the dynamic environment of SaaS businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-departmental operational projects from inception through completion.
• Partner with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to identify operational needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans; ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational project success.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational workflows.
• Facilitate change management efforts and ensure adoption of new tools, systems, and processes.
• Mentor junior project manager(s) and contribute to the evolution of project management best practices within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with SaaS-specific regulatory and security standards where applicable.

About You

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on operations within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale operational or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue metrics, and scaling challenges.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with tools/systems like Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, NetSuite, or similar is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field / experience.
