Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience within a public relations, advertising, digital, marketing or agency environment.
  • Experience managing integrated client programs, including project planning, budgeting and timelines.
  • Experience developing statements of work (SOWs), project estimates and work plans.
  • Strong understanding of agency operations and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience monitoring budgets, forecasting and identifying potential scope changes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate teams, facilitate discussions and build alignment across projects.

Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Zeno, you will partner with client teams, finance and agency specialists to support integrated communications programs across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will help manage budgets, timelines, scopes and resources while ensuring projects stay on track and teams have the information they need to deliver exceptional work.

This role is ideal for a collaborative project management professional who enjoys both planning and execution. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen agency operations, improve workflows and contribute to successful client programs across multiple disciplines.

About the Role:

  • Project Management & Delivery: Support the day-to-day management of integrated client programs, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client objectives.

  • Scope, Budget & Financial Coordination: Partner with client teams, finance and contracts to develop statements of work (SOWs), monitor budgets, support forecasting and help identify scope changes or project risks.

  • Program Planning & Workflow Management: Develop project timelines, estimates and work plans while helping teams prioritize deliverables, manage dependencies and navigate changing priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with client teams, finance, resource management and specialty practices to coordinate workflows, staffing and project needs across integrated programs.

  • Resource Coordination & Team Support: Partner with resource management and team leads to help align staffing with project requirements and maintain visibility into team capacity.

  • Process Improvement & Operations: Help identify opportunities to improve project workflows, templates and operational processes while supporting new business planning and agency initiatives as needed.

About You:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within a public relations, advertising, digital, marketing or other agency environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting integrated communications or marketing programs across multiple disciplines.

  • Familiarity with agency financial processes, resource planning or operational workflows.

  • Experience using project management platforms and workflow optimization tools.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD/yr.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
