Zeno Group, a fiercely independent global communications agency, seeks an Account Supervisor for Health & Wellness in New York. You will lead client programs, shape media strategies and mentor junior teammates to deliver integrated communications that build awareness and credibility.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, guiding programs and ensuring high‑quality outcomes across health brands and stakeholders in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in public relations, communications or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
• 2 years of experience supporting healthcare, health and wellness, pharmaceutical or related clients.
• Experience developing and executing communications programs that support business, brand and stakeholder objectives.
• Strong understanding of media relations and earned communications strategies.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with experience developing media materials, messaging and strategic recommendations.
• Experience building strong client relationships and supporting communications programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and timelines.
• Understanding of the healthcare and wellness landscape, including relevant regulatory and industry considerations.
• Experience planning and executing events, media programs or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for communications and storytelling.

Responsibilities

As an Account Supervisor, Health & Wellness at Zeno, you will support integrated communications programs for leading health, wellness and healthcare organizations. Working closely with clients, media, industry partners and cross-functional teams, you will help develop strategies, manage programs and deliver communications that build awareness, credibility and engagement.

This role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. You’ll have the opportunity to guide client programs, mentor junior team members and contribute to communications initiatives that make a meaningful impact.

About The Role

• Client Leadership & Program Management: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing communications programs, project timelines and integrated workstreams while ensuring strong client service and high-quality execution.
• Health Communications Strategy & Storytelling: Help develop communications strategies, key messages and content that align with client objectives and create opportunities for meaningful engagement.
• Content Development & Communications Materials: Research, write and edit a variety of communications materials, including news releases, fact sheets, messaging documents, presentations and media materials.
• Events & Stakeholder Engagement: Support the planning and execution of events, speaking opportunities and other stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.

About You

Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 USD/yr. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. Level 06
