Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an established healthcare organization for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a remote position, but candidates should be able to commute to Center City Philadelphia. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple programs and projects, manage the full project lifecycle, and ensure the successful integration of new systems with existing clinical, administrative, and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage diverse teams.
• Manage program budgeting, risk assessment, and resolve complex issues.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience with EHR implementation projects, especially Epic Systems, is highly preferred.
• At least 7 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• Expertise in program and project management within complex Information Systems environments.
• Experience with software development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and systems is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior management.
• Proficiency in applications development, database management, and operating systems.
• Experience leading multi-functional project teams and creating project artifacts.
• Excellent communication and business analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification preferred.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $70.0-$80.0, depending on experience.
