Job summary

Darize seeks a Sr Project Manager to lead a global digital acceleration initiative, coordinating a complex LMS adoption across affiliates and regions. You will translate strategy into clear plans and ensure delivery with the Project Lead and Core Team.

The role requires 5+ years in global program management, strong governance experience, and fluent English. You will drive alignment across senior stakeholders in a matrix, worldwide, with hands-on planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management, turning objectives into plans, milestones and actions
• Develop and maintain integrated project plan with schedules, resources, and workstreams
• Coordinate activities across Core Team; manage dependencies and handovers
• Track progress vs scope, schedule, resources, and quality; drive corrective actions
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with owners and timelines
• Escalate decisions to Project Lead or Steering Committee as needed
• Maintain governance docs and preparations for phase gates
• Coordinate cadence, meetings, and documentation of decisions and actions
• Prepare concise status reports for stakeholders to enable decisions
• Provide reliable information to Project Lead and Steering Committee for governance

Sr Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Project & Change Management Team and support a strategic digital acceleration initiative. The project focuses on accelerating the adoption of a customer training and Learning Management Solution (LMS) across multiple affiliates and regions. In this role, you will bring structure, coordination, and execution discipline to a complex global initiative, working closely with the Project Lead and Project Core Team to translate strategic direction into clear plans and ensure effective delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management, translating project objectives into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions,
• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, including schedules, milestones, resources, and workstreams,
• Coordinate activities across the Project Core Team, ensuring dependencies and handovers are visible and actively managed,
• Track progress against the agreed scope, schedule, resources, and quality expectations, identifying deviations and coordinating corrective actions,
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation actions have clear owners and timelines,
• Escalate topics requiring decisions from the Project Lead or Steering Committee,
• Manage the project according to the organizational framework and maintain required project management and governance documentation,
• Coordinate preparation for phase gates, including deliverable readiness and Definition of Done,
• Establish and maintain an effective project operating cadence, coordinate project meetings, and ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through,
• Prepare concise project status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and required decisions,
• Ensure the Project Lead, Steering Committee, and relevant stakeholders have reliable information supporting effective decision-making,
• Maintain project plans, reports, and governance documentation and ensure consistent use of relevant project management tools and systems.

Expectations

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally including global strategic project or program management,
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate objectives into structured plans, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, and actions,
• Experience with structured project governance, lifecycle, or phase-gate methodologies,
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com,
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management,
• Ability to facilitate alignment and ensure timely decisions and progress across multiple stakeholders,
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to organize complex information and turn ambiguity into clear actions, owners, and decisions,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex project information into clear status updates and decision points,
• Proactive and hands-on mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate issues and follow through on actions,
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and matrix environment,
• Fluency in English.
