Job summary

Darize is seeking an ERP / D365 Release Manager to own planning and delivering releases for Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM and related ERP systems. You will ensure structured, secure, and low-risk deployments across multiple environments, maintaining production integrity and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT service or application management with release or change management, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on ERP deployment experience using tools like LCS, Azure DevOps, and ITSM

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT service or application management including release or change management
• Strong understanding of release governance and ITIL practices
• Hands-on experience with ERP deployments (LCS, packages, environments)
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience managing production releases under pressure
• Understanding of compliance and audit requirements (SOX)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Basic knowledge of deployment scripting (PowerShell / YAML)

Job description

We are looking for an ERP / D365 Release Manager to take ownership of planning and delivering releases for Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM and related ERP systems. You will ensure that releases are delivered in a structured, secure, and low-risk manner, coordinating across multiple teams and environments. This role plays a key part in maintaining system stability, compliance, and production integrity.

Tasks

Expectations
