Darize is seeking a Business Analyst to join our healthcare technology project focused on a pharma LIMS implementation. You will define requirements for customization, configuration, and system integration, translating source-to-target mappings and data flows.

In this role you will run sessions with business stakeholders, review designs, demo the system, and maintain the backlog with clear communication. Pharma industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with a validated pharma environment.
• Experience with LIMS – must have.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile SDLC.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Life sciences or pharma experience preferred.

For our project from healthcare technology industry, we are looking for a Business Analyst who will participate in a pharma custom build Laboratory Information Management System development and implementation. The main focus will be on defining requirements for customization / configuration and integration requirements (e.g., defining mapping specifications between source and target system).

Key Responsibilities

• TasksRegular sessions with business stakeholders to document process flows, data flows, and user requirements.
• Review designs and approaches with the business ahead of implementation to collect feedback.
• Demo the system to business stakeholders, document feedback, and manage the backlog of requirements.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• ExpectationsAt least 5 years working experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with a validated environment (pharma preffered).
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) - must have !Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile SDLCStrong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Persistence in finding the right solution to issues.
• Life sciences (pharmaceuticals or CRO) experience preferred.
