What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage multiple design, development, and construction projects across various phases, including new retail ground-up and interior retrofit projects
2. Provide professional planning and hands-on management for projects including security, signage, and major renovations
3. Lead project teams and ensure accountability for end-to-end project management
4. Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance with project policies and procedures
5. Prepare and oversee accurate project documentation throughout all phases of construction

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field is preferred
2. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in design and construction
3. Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations is required
4. Experience with ground-up construction required
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred
2. Experience with Financial Services is preferred but not required
3. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
4. Strong critical thinking skills and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments
