You will serve as a key member of the project engineering team, offering leadership and support throughout the lifecycle of capital projects, including design review, standards implementation, and the creation of project-specific specifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
You will lead and manage the execution of large capital projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and adherence to budgets and timelines.
You will provide engineering expertise and support to manufacturing plants on capital projects, including design reviews and the development of specific project specifications.
You will maintain and uphold corporate engineering standards across all capital projects.
You will effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including corporate staff, plant personnel, and external partners.
You will lead efforts in team development and organizational structures to enhance project efficiency and success.
Qualifications
You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field).
You have 10+ years of manufacturing experience in a chemical operation or similar industry.
You have experience in managing capital projects, with a focus on projects exceeding $1 million.
You have in-depth knowledge of engineering codes and standards.
You are able to travel 25-50% domestically; willingness to travel internationally as required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $147,840.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
