Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion, based in Fort Worth, TX. This onsite role focuses on planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will oversee budgets, procurement, RFIs, change orders, and cost reports, while maintaining strong client relations and driving new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, including projects up to $15M.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction, MEP systems, and project controls.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and estimating.

Summary

Work Environment

This position is onsite in Haskell, Texas. Employees will receive a per diem to assist with living expenses. The role involves working in a fast-paced construction office environment and requires the ability to organize and manage documents related to work orders and personnel.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64.00 - $85.00/hr.
