  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from contract award through installation and closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CAD, Engineering, Shipping, Installation, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
  • Participate in contract reviews, revisions, and change management activities.
  • Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues that could impact timelines or project success.
  • Conduct site visits, customer meetings, and project reviews as needed.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to members of the Project Management team.
  • Drive project performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

A rapidly growing manufacturer and installer of custom-engineered structures that support critical infrastructure projects across the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and installation projects from award through completion. Their solutions serve customers in the data center, utility, telecom, industrial, commercial, and government sectors. Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through completion, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer relationships, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. Candidates should be comfortable conducting site visits, coordinating subcontractors and installation partners, and supporting projects through active construction and installation phases.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience supporting construction, installation, industrial, infrastructure, or capital projects
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, field activities, site schedules, and project execution during active construction or installation projects
  • Strong contract administration and customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Please note: This role supports physical construction and installation projects and is not a software, IT, ERP implementation, or Agile/Scrum project management position.
