Job summary

Genuine Search Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value automation and CNC machinery programs. You will drive complex projects from concept through installation, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Finance to deliver on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

You will mentor junior managers, shape project management practices, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, CNC machinery, or related industries.
• Proven success leading complex customer-facing projects from concept through installation.
• Experience managing internal strategic initiatives and external customer programs.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Experience collaborating across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and executive leadership.
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience budgeting and forecasting.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Position Summary
