Job summary

Ascension Foundation seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives from conception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You'll manage resources, budgets, and timelines while delivering high-impact philanthropy programs and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with philanthropy (fundraising) and event management preferred.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Oversight: Manage assigned projects to full completion by developing goals, objectives, and schedules that align directly with broader business strategies.
• Resource & Budget Management: Define, assign, and monitor the resources and budgets necessary to meet project goals, making real-time adjustments as requirements shift.
• Philanthropy & Event Coordination: Lead philanthropic initiatives and coordinate high-impact events, ensuring all logistical and strategic elements are executed to support organizational mission.
• Operational Planning & Dashboarding: Translate high-level strategic concepts into actionable plans and create visual dashboards to track quality and progress metrics.
• Issue Resolution & Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all project phases and proactively resolve issues to ensure timelines and performance standards

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s): None Required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Additional Preferences

• Bachelor's degree or advanced education
• PMP certification
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with Philanthropy (fundraising) and event management
• Experience with Blackbaud RE CRM
