Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Risk Management Project Lead to define data requirements and guide change initiatives across the organization. This remote role includes up to 50% travel and collaborates with executive leadership to secure resources and alignment.

You’ll oversee project teams, manage scope, quality assurance, and develop ongoing management plans, ensuring timely reporting, issue resolution, and clear communications across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• PMI PMP certification preferred; licensure relevant to state in which work is performed.
• RN licensure preferred; licensure relevant to state in which work is performed.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
• Registered Nurse preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Additional Preferences

• Bachelors degree
• Experience in performance improvement
• Lean (green or black belt) or quality (CPHQ) certifications preferred
