Jobot is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager for ground-up commercial construction in St. Louis, MO.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of PM experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a proven track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, read and interpret blueprints, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven track record in managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking; able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Education
