This is a strong opportunity for an experienced construction professional to lead projects from initial concept and preconstruction through execution and closeout. The company works across a diverse range of project types and is open to candidates from a variety of construction backgrounds.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead construction projects from inception through completion
• Oversee estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project execution
• Manage contract negotiations and proposal preparation
• Work closely with owners and design teams during early project development

What We’re Looking For:
