Job summary

Atlantach is seeking a Senior Project Manager CSA to join our team in Santa Clara, leading the delivery of a semiconductor test fab with critical utilities. You will support the General Contractor across design, construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality and schedule-driven delivery for a long-term project.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of senior project management experience on complex construction, with a strong CSA background and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of senior project management experience on complex construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering on-time projects and maintaining profit targets.
• Experience delivering fabs, utility buildings or mission-critical facilities (semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing).
• Strong CSA background across civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, change control and project risk.
• Commitment to safety, quality and schedule-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA delivery from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage civil, structural, architectural and building-envelope work packages.
• Coordinate CSA activities with process, mechanical, electrical and critical utilities teams.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, programme, cost, quality and site performance.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, milestones and look-ahead plans.
• Ensure cleanroom, controlled-environment and semiconductor standards are achieved.
• Oversee foundations, structural steel, concrete, roofing, cladding and internal finishes.
• Identify interface risks and resolve design or construction constraints promptly.
• Drive safe execution in line with project EHS requirements.
• Lead inspections, snagging, system completion and turnover documentation.
• Provide clear progress, risk and commercial reporting to senior project stakeholders.

We are seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager CSA to join our company in Santa Clara. You will be responsible for supporting the General Contractor in delivering a semiconductor test fab comprising a small fabrication facility and Critical Utilities Building. This is a long-term project approx. 2 years and an opportunity to forge a lifelong career with Atlantach

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead CSA delivery from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage civil, structural, architectural and building-envelope work packages.
• Coordinate CSA activities with process, mechanical, electrical and critical utilities teams.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, programme, cost, quality and site performance.
• Review drawings, specifications, technical submittals, RFIs and design changes.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, milestones and look-ahead plans.
• Ensure cleanroom, controlled-environment and semiconductor standards are achieved.
• Oversee foundations, structural steel, concrete, roofing, cladding and internal finishes.
• Identify interface risks and resolve design or construction constraints promptly.
• Drive safe execution in line with project EHS requirements.
• Lead inspections, snagging, system completion and turnover documentation.
• Provide clear progress, risk and commercial reporting to senior project stakeholders.

Authority:

• You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Min 6 years’ experience
• Track record of delivering on-time projects.
• Experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
• Creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
• Developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
• Managing and developing successful teams.
• Significant senior project management experience on complex construction projects. (semi-conductor or datacentre or manufacturing) Semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing or mission-critical project experience.
• Strong CSA background across civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Experience delivering fabs, utility buildings or technically complex facilities is highly desirable.
• Proven experience supporting or working for a General Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, change control and project risk.
• Good understanding of quality assurance, commissioning readiness and handover processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and schedule-driven delivery.
