Job summary

Atlantach Technical Services is actively seeking a Project Manager to lead a large datacenter project in Texas, coordinating electrical, mechanical and CSA activities. The role requires strong leadership, robust stakeholder management, and a proven track record in hyperscale or mission critical environments.

You will drive schedules, budgets, procurement, and safety compliance while coordinating across engineering, QA/QC, procurement and commissioning teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience on hyperscale or mission critical projects.
• Strong understanding of data center construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Experience managing large subcontractor and vendor packages.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and project delivery targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and change management experience.
• Knowledge of commissioning and turnover processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of assigned project scope from pre-construction through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and site teams across all phases of construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, lookaheads and recovery plans.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, variations and commercial performance.
• Chair client meetings, coordination meetings and internal project reviews.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Procurement and Commissioning teams.
• Drive adherence to project safety standards, permit systems and compliance requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and technical documentation.
• Identify project risks, constraints and mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage project reporting including progress updates, KPIs and executive summaries.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure installations comply with project specifications.
• Support commissioning, startup and turnover activities.
• Manage change control processes and client variations.
• Resolve technical, commercial and operational issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support resource planning and manpower forecasting.
• Ensure project documentation and records are maintained accurately.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives.

Requirements:
