Job summary

International Erosion Control Association in the Bay Area is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground up Multifamily construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.

You will own schedules, budgets, quality and overall project execution while partnering with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes. This role also involves mentoring Project Engineers and Assistant PMs and growing client relationships for repeat business.

Senior Project Manager | Multifamily Construction

We are partnering with a well established Bay Area General Contractor in their search for a Senior Project Manager to lead ground up Multifamily construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, building strong client relationships, and is looking for a clear path toward Project Executive.
