What You'll Do:

You’ll take full ownership of complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout — managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client expectations without missing a beat. You’ll be the connective tissue between the field and the boardroom, keeping every stakeholder aligned and every milestone on track.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• A strong multifamily portfolio — ground-up, podium, mixed‑use, senior living
• Deep familiarity with Bay Area market conditions, subcontractor networks, and local permitting
• Mastery of project scheduling tools (Procore, MS Project, or equivalent)
• A track record of delivering on time, on budget, and without drama

Compensation
