Job summary

RimePro Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily projects in California from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with an experienced team and manage a strong project pipeline across the state, offering long-term growth opportunities and stability.

The role requires oversight of budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and vendor coordination, with a focus on delivering projects on time while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contract administration.
  • Experience leading owner meetings and coordinating project teams.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project (or P6), and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall project execution from buyout through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project.
  • Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
  • Manage subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and procurement.
  • Partner closely with the Superintendent to keep projects on schedule.
  • Mentor and support Project Engineers while driving successful project delivery.

Job description

We’re partnering with a well-established California general contractor that’s continuing to grow its multifamily division and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout while working alongside an experienced team. The company has a strong pipeline throughout California, providing long-term stability and opportunities for continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead overall project execution from buyout through closeout
