They are currently on the market for a strong Senior Project Manager who has previous experience within Residential or Commercial construction. - Proven track record of leading teams to success and profitability.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, handling contract values ranging from $10 million to $100 million.

- Supervises a team of Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants as needed.
- Leads the development of procurement strategies, including bid preparation, negotiation, and subcontract awarding.
- Ensures project closeout activities are completed in accordance with company standards and timelines.
