Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for data center projects with strong MEP coordination and safety oversight. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex installations on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Construction Management or engineering, 5+ years in data centers or mission-critical environments, and proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word. Competitive salary and benefits.

• Mission-critical or industrial process projects experience.
• Experience managing large MEP scopes valued at $50MM+.

• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations.
• Oversee cost reporting, cash flow, schedule management, and VDC integration.
• Develop and enforce safety plans for mission-critical projects.
• Manage contracts and negotiation with subcontractors and vendors.

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
• Proven ability to lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with cost reporting, cash flow, schedule management, and VDC integration.
• Deep understanding of data center MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with SDI, OCIP, CCIP, builder’s risk, and other insurance programs.
