Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a Data Center project with a top national GC. This role offers a competitive base salary up to $180K and the opportunity to join a rapidly growing firm with a strong pipeline.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (engineering/CM preferred), have at least six years in the industry, experience managing over $1M scopes, and a solid grasp of scheduling, budgeting, and reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desirable in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience six+ years in the industry.
• Experience managing scopes over $1M.
• Strong planning and scheduling understanding.
• Business/financial principles to monitor expenses.
• Proficiency in MS Office incl. Word and Excel.
• Ability to read specs, blueprints, and drawings.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• An undergraduate University degree or higher (preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field) is desirable.
• Other relevant education, training or work experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of six (6) years’ industry experience.
• Experience managing a scope of work valued over $1MM.
• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of business and/or financial principles to project and monitor expenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings.
