Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager (Data Center) to lead high‑stakes data center construction programs. This role offers multiple locations and a competitive base salary with bonuses, located in the United States.

Candidate will manage complex MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, and switchgear installations while coordinating tight schedules with subcontractors and field teams. OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals.
• Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
• OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required.
