Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a top general contractor with a large project pipeline. You will oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control while mentoring junior staff and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial construction experience, strong financial and operational acumen, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts and cash flow projections.

• Coordinate with field operations, owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Review/change orders and project documentation; conduct meetings and provide reporting.
• Mentor Project Managers and staff; build and maintain client relationships.

• Coordinate with field operations, superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Review and negotiate change orders, subcontract agreements, and project documentation.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular financial and operational reporting to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
