Job summary

Moseley, an interdisciplinary design practice, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to be a design leader in Raleigh, NC. You will drive projects from concept through construction, guiding clients and project teams toward on-time, on-budget delivery.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team, mentor professionals, and foster strong client relationships. The firm emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and mentorship within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with extensive experience or a Bachelor's degree with substantial experience.
• CPM, MCIQ, Licensed Architect preferred but not required.
• Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from concept to construction documents.
• Manage multiple complex projects, coordinating all aspects.
• Lead design teams with a collaborative, proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
• Balance client expectations within contractual obligations, budget, and quality.
• Develop and design project schedules to meet obligations and team size.
• Supervise and assess the work of project team members to ensure progress and quality.
• Communicate with clients, owners, consultants and internal teams effectively.
• Be available to clients through outreach and site visits.
• Assist in construction administration through site visits.
• Foster strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
• Mentor and coach emerging professionals.
• Prepare, participate, and lead client presentations.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Moseley is seeking an experiencedSeniorProject Manager to be a design leader in Raleigh, NC. Senior Project Managers are involved in all aspects of project development, engaging with the client/owner and driving success within our project teams. You'll provide direction to colleagues and consultants at all levels to ensure projects are completed as planned, budgeted, and scheduled. • Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents
• Manage multiple complex medium to large size projects, coordinating all aspects of assigned projects
• Lead design teams in the development of project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents with a collaborative, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach
• Balance client expectations within the context of contractual obligations, budget, and quality
• Develop and design project schedules to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skill
• Supervise, coordinate, and assess the work of project team members to ensure quality and progress
• Communicate with all project participants, including but not limited to internal team members, clients, owners, and consultants in an effective and collaborative manner
• Actively makes oneself available to clients through outreach initiatives and site visits
• Assist in construction administration through conducting site visits
• Foster and maintain positive professional working relationships among clients and team members
• Participate in mentoring and coaching of emerging professionals
• Prepare, participate, and lead client presentations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills

• Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
• Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential problems, and designing solutions as necessary
• Expertise in architectural building systems
• Advanced knowledge of applicable sustainability principles
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, including client interaction and presentation delivery
• Firm understanding of design trends, construction methodology, and material application

Software Proficiencies

• Microsoft Office Suite experience required
• Understanding of Autodesk Revit (BIM) preferred
• Bluebeam experience required
