• 7+ years of construction project management experience.

• Understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and change management.

Senior Project Manager – MEP / Process Piping

Location: Phoenix

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in MEP construction, mechanical systems, and process piping to join an established commercial construction organization.

This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale MEP, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and overall profitability.

• Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
