This is a growing team where your skills matter and your future is built to last.

Role Overview

The Sr. Project Manager leads or coordinates construction projects such as developing a new facility; the addition, expansion, or extension of an existing facility; or renovation and alterations to a facility, in collaboration with the project team, construction site, and management. Develops assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. Organizes and directs construction personnel and ensures that materials and equipment resources are delivered on time.

Core Responsibilities

  • Review various reports to determine project status and the actions required, and provide periodic status and end‑of‑contract cost and budget analysis.
  • Facilitate and participate in project meetings to align with customer expectations and company standards, and lead pre‑job planning sessions to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements among team members.
  • Assemble and estimate projects, review the final estimate, and ensure the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.
  • Communicate all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner.
  • Document planning meeting results and ensure all action items are completed. Develop and keep current all project schedules, ensure they mesh with the master project schedule, and resolve conflicts when they occur.
  • Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance, and protect the company's interest by managing all financial aspects of the contract. Complete project closeout and inactivation within the prescribed period, including final project billing to obtain full funding.
