Job summary

Finish Line Staffing, LLC seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects for TSMC in Phoenix, AZ. The role is on-site, full-time, and demands senior leadership across multi-discipline teams to ensure safe, timely, and within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in electrical project management within commercial/industrial or mission-critical settings, with strong PM, communication, and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • Experience with commercial, industrial, semiconductor, data center, healthcare or mission-critical electrical contractors.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specs and contract documents.
  • Proficiency with PM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and closeout of major electrical projects.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and cost control.
  • Direct and coordinate Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor progress and address schedule, cost, quality, and coordination issues.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure work is safe, efficient, and compliant with requirements.
  • Oversee manpower planning, material procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Manage financial performance, including forecasting, billing, change management, and profitability.
  • Mentor and develop project management and field teams.
  • Drive delivery of complex electrical systems in semiconductor facilities.

Electrical Senior Project Manager – TSMC

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Base Salary: $160,000–$175,000 + Bonus/Benefits

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale electrical construction projects supporting TSMC’s advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the Phoenix market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven electrical construction professional who has experience managing complex, high-value projects and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly coordinated mission-critical environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and closeout of major electrical construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and cost control.

What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
  • Strong background with a commercial, industrial, semiconductor, data center, healthcare, or other mission-critical electrical contractor.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and project financials.
  • Experience managing multiple project stakeholders and large field teams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, generators, and associated infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction/project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in the Phoenix, AZ market.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working on semiconductor fabs, advanced manufacturing facilities, data centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, or other mission-critical projects are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience working directly for an electrical contractor/subcontractor is highly preferred.
