This is a high-level construction leadership position for an experienced electrical professional who can oversee complex, high-value projects while driving safety, quality, schedule, cost, and field execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with an electrical contractor and extensive experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, data center, manufacturing, or similarly complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for electrical construction operations across major projects.
  • Lead and mentor electrical project management, field supervision, and construction teams.
  • Oversee project execution from preconstruction through completion, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
  • Review project schedules, manpower requirements, procurement, cost projections, and overall construction progress.

  • Provide regular project and operational updates to senior leadership.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Assist with resolving complex field, technical, contractual, and scheduling issues.
  • Help develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, trade partners, and key project stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive electrical construction experience, with significant leadership responsibility.
  • Strong background working for an electrical contractor.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects and teams.
  • Experience with complex industrial, semiconductor, data center, manufacturing, healthcare, mission‑critical, or other technically demanding facilities strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and large field organizations.
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, project controls, scheduling, estimating, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or major project portfolios simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including medium‑ and low‑voltage distribution, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, generators, controls, and related systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with owners, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety and quality requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent construction experience will be considered.
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior electrical construction leader who has progressed beyond individual project management and has demonstrated the ability to lead large teams, influence project strategy, and oversee complex construction operations.

Candidates with experience on semiconductor fabs, data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, large industrial projects, hospitals, airports, or other mission‑critical construction environments are encouraged to apply.
