Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction across Pennsylvania. You will drive projects from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating design-build teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards.

This role rewards strategic leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multi-million dollar programs while mentoring engineers and junior PMs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience within industrial construction.
• Manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, or cold storage project experience required.
• Proven success managing projects exceeding $10M+.
• Strong design-build and preconstruction experience.
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and field coordination.
• Ability to lead technically complex, fast-track construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
• Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and execution strategy.
