Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial and manufacturing construction programs from preconstruction through turnover. You will coordinate with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 10+ years in progressive construction PM, a track record of safe, on-schedule delivery, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or CMiC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Proven success managing large-scale industrial and/or manufacturing construction projects.
• Strong expertise in preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client leadership.
• A history of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Experience overseeing projects with budgets exceeding $10M.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software including Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, CMiC, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical requirements across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, from preconstruction and design coordination through closeout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, logistics strategies, and risk assessments.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field leadership to maintain efficient site operations.
• Manage contracts, negotiate scopes, and proactively resolve project challenges.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project phases.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers while helping build a high-performance culture.
• Build long‑term client relationships that support repeat business and future opportunities.

Who You Are

You will bring:

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience
