MPI in the Greater Philadelphia market is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex multifamily and industrial ground-up projects. The role oversees scheduling, budgeting, QA/QC, and subcontractor coordination to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial construction PM, a construction management degree, and strong communication skills. This full-time on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

  • 2+ years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Description

The Construction Project Manager will:

Profile

The successful Construction Project Manager will have the following:

  • 2+ years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
