Job summary

Ideal candidates will bring 8+ years of PM experience in heavy civil or infrastructure, strong budgeting and client communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, sitework, or infrastructure construction.
• Strong experience with site development, utilities, roadwork, bridges, drainage, excavation, or related civil scopes.
• Proven ability to manage large and complex projects independently.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, change orders, and cost controls.
• Experience with NJ public works and DOT/municipal projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
