Cityscape Recruitment USA in New York City seeks a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead complex projects across NYC, including heavy highway, bridges, excavation, and utilities.

You will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate DOT/public works scopes, and drive safe, on-time delivery while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Heavy Civil Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong background in Heavy Highway, bridges, excavation, or utilities.
• Experience working on DOT or public works Heavy Civil projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

A leading Heavy Civil contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing Heavy Civil division due to a strong pipeline of work across NYC and the surrounding boroughs. This company has a strong reputation within the heavy civil and heavy highway market and continues to secure major infrastructure, roadway, bridge, excavation, and utilities projects.
