Job summary

SLS Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale data center construction and AI infrastructure programs in Oklahoma and OKC. You will oversee planning, execution, client coordination, contractor management, schedule performance, cost control, and project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

This is a highly visible leadership role expanding next-generation AI and hyperscale data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years managing mission-critical, data center, or hyperscale projects.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of data center construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, risk, and reporting.
• Direct owner, architect, and contractor (OAC) meetings.
• Coordinate design teams, MEP disciplines, commissioning activities, and site operations.
• Manage change orders, contract negotiations, and cost controls.
• Track critical project milestones and drive recovery plans when needed.
