Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Senior Project Manager in a flexible location to lead strategic operational, commercial, and digital initiatives within the PMO. You will define scope, plans, budgets, and success measures while guiding cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.

You will manage milestones, risks, and governance, delivering improvements in manufacturing, demand planning, CRM, and go-to-market processes. Travel as needed and communicate outcomes to executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Seven or more years of project or program management experience.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Operations or Commercial management experience preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project governance, steering committees, executive updates, and escalations.
  • Coordinate teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and IT.
  • Deliver operational projects such as manufacturing improvement, S&OP, supply chain optimization, inventory reduction, automation, and process standardization.
  • Deliver commercial projects such as CRM, customer experience, quote-to-order, pricing, sales effectiveness, forecasting, and go-to-market improvements.
  • Connect ERP, CRM, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Lead change management, communication, readiness, training coordination, and adoption.
  • Track schedule, budget, benefits, productivity, service, customer, revenue, and adoption measures.
  • Apply PMO standards, support fact-based decisions, and capture lessons learned.

Job Summary
