Gleason seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to plan, direct, and supervise the production of tooling products, aligning daily operations with corporate objectives and budgets. You will develop processes, set targets, and lead continual improvement and change activities to improve quality and on-time delivery.

Manage daily activities in support of order processing, materials management and manufacturing of all products sold by GWR Tooling Products Group. Working together with the tooling group management team, set strategic targets in line with corporate objectives and define key measurements. Develop personnel and practices to meet said targets, maintain departmental budgets, participate in sales and operations forecasting, and lead continual improvement and change activities to support the above.
Negligible – Infrequent domestic and international travel may be required.
