Job summary

GWS, a leading North American design and manufacturing firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, supply chain, planning, and IT.

You will define scope, manage budgets and schedules, and drive governance with steering committees and executive updates to ensure measurable results.

This exempt role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of PM experience; PMP or Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial projects such as CRM, customer experience, quote-to-order, pricing, sales effectiveness, forecasting, and go-to-market improvements.
• Connect ERP, CRM, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives to business outcomes.
• Lead change management, communication, readiness, training coordination, and adoption.
• Track schedule, budget, benefits, productivity, service, customer, revenue, and adoption measures.
• Apply PMO standards, support fact-based decisions, and capture lessons learned.
