Job summary

Kardex Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex automation and intralogistics implementations from sales handover to final acceptance. You will coordinate engineering, software, and service teams, manage scope, schedules, and budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will mentor project managers, improve tools and processes, and contribute to rapid growth in a startup-like environment while maintaining governance and strong financial outcomes.

Qualifications

This role manages all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. It requires coordination across engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners, and service teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with customer requirements.The Senior Project Manager provides strategic input during the sales phase, supports solution development, and ensures structured transitions between sales, realization, and service.
