Job summary

Kardex AutoStore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex automation implementations from sales handover to final acceptance. You will coordinate across engineering, software, and service teams, manage scope, cost, and risk, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will mentor other project managers, improve project tools and processes, and contribute to governance and organizational growth in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑phase automation or logistics projects with complex technical and commercial requirements.
• Proven track record coordinating engineering, software, supply chain and service teams toward unified outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with executives and diverse audiences, translating tech concepts to business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex implementation projects from sales handover through final acceptance.
• Coordinate across engineering, software, supply chain, installation partners and service teams.
• Provide financial oversight, forecasting and margin protection; negotiate change orders.
• Mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Support governance standards and drive organizational growth in a fast pace environment.
