Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead heavy industrial construction initiatives in Louisville, KY. You will plan, schedule, and manage budgets and procurements, while directing field teams and overseeing subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and timeline targets.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial construction project management, strong experience with civil and concrete scopes, and proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in industrial construction.
• Background supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Renewables, or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects ($10M+ preferred).
• Strong experience with civil and concrete scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, estimates, and work instructions.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and/or Primavera.
• Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• AutoCAD experience.
• Experience mentoring Project Engineers, Assistant PMs, or junior Project Managers.
• Design-build project experience.
